Graze uses fresh regional ingredients showcasing produce from both sides of the mountain including the North East Valleys and Gippsland. Graze offers a la carte dining as well as a degustation menu matched with regional wines.

Graze restaurant is open Monday - Saturday from 6.30pm in summer and 7 days a week from 6pm in winter. Bookings recommended.
Graze offers a la carte dining for up for 60 guests or up to 90 guests for functions and weddings. Private dining is avaiable for up to 12 people in The Loft.
